Teavana

Teavana_1837_0_1When Walt and I were at the mall last night, we came across a tea store called Teavana. I'm a total tea junkie and couldn't help myself from wanting to pick up the 4 Cup Perfect Tea Maker.

I also picked up 4 oz. of the Empress of China tea, which is a mix of green and black teas with guava, marigold and violet. It absolutely smells heavenly.

Crafting fiend

I'm getting in touch with my crafty side again. I go through phases. Since I've been really busy doing design work, it's nice to be able to do crafts again.

It's been a while since I've made any soap. Just the other day, I just received a huge order and the guy wants it ASAP.

I've started the process today and right now, I have 2 trays of body polish bars made with mint essential oils. Of course, some of those will be going to me, since I'm a total mint junkie.

I just ordered a crochet kit for an illegally cute baby sweater. Since it's a surprise...I won't be posting a pic of it until the recepient gets it. I've made it before for another baby shower and all the women basically turned to puddles when they saw it.

I'll post a pic of it when I'm done.

I'm here...

I'm sitting in one of the empty offices here in San Diego. Last time, Cindy (HI CINDY!!!!) was kind enough to let me park myself in her office.

I only ended up getting about an hour of sleep and was dozing on and off during the drive down. Poor Walt. He must be exhausted.

I will take this rare and quiet moment to catch up on some retroposting. Yeah...I know...that's considered cheating...but so what...it's my friggin' blog.
